Reserve Bank of Fiji Launches Confidential Disclosure Platform to Strengthen Oversight on Financial Crime and Unlicensed Financial Service Providers
As part of its mandated role of safeguarding the integrity of Fiji’s financial system, the Reserve Bank of Fiji (RBF) has officially launched a dedicated Confidential Disclosure section on its official website to provide members of the public with a safe, and confidential mechanism to report suspected breaches involving: –
By reporting unauthorised/unlicensed financial activities and providers, members of the public greatly assist in the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing while supporting the stability and integrity of the Fijian financial system.
How to Submit a Confidential Disclosure
A member of the public can submit information on unlicensed financial service providers by accessing the downloadable form from the RBF website on the link: – www.rbf.gov.fj/confidential-disclosures and: –

Email submissions will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt, submissions by post will be sent a written acknowledgement. The RBF may make further contact with the informant, if deemed necessary.
All disclosures will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with applicable laws. In this regard, the RBF may not provide feedback or communicate the outcome of investigations arising from a disclosure.
The submission of intentionally false or malicious information is prohibited. The RBF encourages members of the Public to report unauthorised or unlicensed financial activities and play an active role in safeguarding Fiji’s financial system.
